VIDEO: Step 5 to Move Away from Fear and Drama in the Midst of the Coronavirus

Every week, day, or even minute the rules change in regard to social distancing. Each state has different rules. Allowing others to have their opinions and feelings is part of what makes our country great. It is not at all what I am seeing on social media. People are tearing into each other because they have different opinions. Interesting, as I write this, I realize tearing (crying) and tearing are spelled the same. We all want the same thing, solutions. If we find the common ground and stand together, we can find solutions.

Through this fifth video focused on step 5 you will learn how to communicate with others even if you disagree without getting into an argument or confrontation. You will discover techniques to help you listen with an open mind and allow others to have their opinion and feelings as you go through these difficult and uncertain times. You will feel emotionally refreshed and physically energized when you can let go of some conflict.

I recorded this video to help you find peace in turbulent times.

Be well, be peaceful, be calm.
Take care,
Susan
